What Does Hashtag Media Do for Your Social Media Accounts?

Hashtag Media Social Media Experts create and implement a social media marketing plan. The marketing plan will include the following components and should be reviewed at least every 90 days.

  • Brand Development

The "why" is the reason why customers buy. A great "why should you buy here?" message is unique to your company, backed by facts (rewards, numbers, in-store policies), and creates curiosity in users "What's in it for me?".

  • Identify Target Customers

Your product or service is probably not interesting to all people. Until you accept the idea that you need to tighten the focus of your market, you are limiting your business' ability to grow. Once you know more about who you want to reach, you can use data to laser target your message. Facebook is invaluable for discovering audiences interested in your product or service.

  • Sets Clear Goals

All marketing plans include defined, realistic goals. It is not enough to say that you "see" results. Your results must be linked to your goals and objectives. Without goal setting and strategy you will never know ROI (Return on Investment).

When setting goals, it is important to identify the challenges facing the business. These are the most common ones:

  • Insufficient website traffic and/or insufficient visitors
  • Poor brand awareness
  • Decline in customer retention
  • Poor online reputation
  • Slow sales
  • Creates Visual Design Strategy

Visual content has a lasting impact on the viewer. Your visual branding should be consistent. Whether it's your status updates, landing pages or Facebook ads, what the audience sees is what they will remember. Make sure it is compelling and gets the point across.

Savvy web development is crucial to your content marketing success. You must maintain a content hub that your customers and prospects can visit to learn more about your products and services and that search engines can crawl to give them more authority.

A social media expert who knows their brand well should know what to post on the brand's page. What is it about your company that makes your brand unique? Do people want to buy goods from you? Answer this question in detail. Describe your target customers. What are their interests, concerns and problems? How can you help them come to a buying decision with the content you publish? Don't forget the fans who are not in the market. What can you offer them to make their time with you interesting?

  • Promotion Strategy

It is important to constantly grow and promote your brand and its content. Social advertising (usually Facebook, Instagram, Youtube Ads) is an invaluable tool to get your message out. However, Facebook ads are not like the ads you are familiar with. They differ in terms of content, placement and targeting, and when done right, they get much more engagement.

  • Engagement Strategy

The Social Media specialist will also wear the hat of a Community Manager. This means they need to listen, answer, ask questions and engage with your audience. They should pay attention to how your posts respond to the organic (free) leads that appear in the comment section.

People will ask questions and sometimes they will want to make a sale. The Social Media Specialist should have knowledge and experience of your sales process to be able to respond correctly. If the potential customer asks a question, answer the question and then follow up with a question to engage them again later, eventually leading to a product viewing page, registration form or appointment. Don't ignore the fact that your Facebook ads will also get engagement. Responding to comments on ads is also one of the daily tasks of a Social Media Specialist.

  • Transformation Strategy

One of the most important characteristics of a Social Media Specialist is to implement growth and engagement strategies. This can be summarized as converting those who admire the brand into customers. Determining your conversion strategy well in your marketing plan will allow you to elevate the brand.
